Sales Tax

Sales tax of 9.75% is added to the total of the product price for orders shipped to California addresses.

International Orders

If ordering internationally, buyers are responsible for any and all customs and duties fees on the goods purchased. These are additional charges that are not added by audioMIDI.com. If you have any questions as to what the charges will cost, you need to call your local customs office.

International Paypal Payments

International Paypal orders cannot be processed by audioMIDI.com as they cannot be verified by Paypal. If you are an international customers you may pay for your order via credit card or wire transfer. International orders with Paypal payments will be cancelled and promptly refunded. Certain international Paypal payments may be verified if they are purchased through our audioMIDI.com eBay store which you may view here.

Post-Production Tax

Customers in L.A. County may qualify for a special discounted tax rate if they work in the entertainment industry. To qualify please fill out and fax the form available at: http://www.boe.ca.gov/pdf/reg1532.pdf

You can be confident when ordering on-line from audioMIDI.com that our server is secure and your personal information will be safe. If you use a browser that supports secure connections, your order will be handled using our secure payment system that protects your credit card information while in transit over the Internet.

How to place an order for items in our on-line store

Browse the available products and make your selections by clicking on the Add To Cart button or Buy Now button. If you click on a highlighted price in any product section it will allow you to immediately purchase that item and go to Check Out.

Complete your order and check out using the Check Out Button. Once in Check Out, fill in your personal information to complete your purchase. After the order is placed, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirmation with a reference number for the purchase. Contact us if you do not receive e-mail confirmation of your order. The order may not have gone through on-line.

How to place an order via fax or mail

If ordering via fax or mail we will need the following information

• Full Name
• Shipping and billing address (if different)
• Phone Number (reference number for shipping used by UPS)
• E-mail Address (will be only used for order confirmation)
• List of product(s) being ordered
• Shipping option (Choose either UPS Next Day, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, or UPS Ground, etc… Please Contact Shipping for any questions about exact shipping costs.)
• Payment information: please include full name listed on card and expiration date along with credit card number. (VISA, MasterCard, or American Express)

Orders paid for with personal checks will be held for at least 5 business days while the check is processed.

Accepted forms of payment for mail orders: credit card, money order, cashiers check, or personal check.

E-mail Orders

audioMIDI.com does not recommend placing orders through e-mail. It is not a secure channel and you should not send your credit card information over e-mail.
