Find it-manage it

DrumCore is a powerful loop librarian with an extensive search engine function. You can search content based on drummer, style, feel, tempo, or your own comments.

Audition content quickly by clicking on icons that represent loops, fills, hits and MIDI files. Use your computer's built-in audio system or ReWireTM to route audio via your digital audio workstation (DAW) software to mix and add plug-ins and effects. Use DrumCore to manage your own audio (WAV, AIFF, SD2, ACID®, REX2) and MIDI libraries!

Get audio loops and midi for the best of both worlds

While other drum products make you choose between the speed and realism of loop-based composition or the note-level control offered by MIDI, DrumCore gives you both MIDI and audio grooves.

A software drum sampler/virtual instrument comes loaded with each drummer's drumkit, and allows control of each sound (snare, kick, etc.). Layer MIDI parts on top of loops for accents. Since the drummers' kits were sampled at the same session as the loops, the sound of the kits blend well with the tone of the loops. Use a MIDI controller with your sequencer to create your own beats with these unique kits. And of course you can edit the drumkits and create original kits using your own samples!

Get inspired

All performances were recorded at 10 bpm increments, since drummers play differently at different tempos. This translates into more musical grooves and keeps audio quality from being compromised by extreme processing. All audio is 48kHz/24 bit recorded in state-of-the-art studios using the best of analog (SSL, Neve, Pultec, etc.) and digital (Pro Tools HD3, etc.)

Use it

Export directly to Pro Tools®, Logic or Digital Performer® using special project export capabilities—or simply drag content into applications that support drag-and-drop (like ACID®, Live, Sonar™, Cubase/Nuendo, Pro Tools 7.x, Tracktion and others).
