The UAD-1e Extreme PAK includes ALL available Powered Plug-Ins, up to and including those in UAD Software version 4.5.x – 32 world class plug-ins! The Express PAK combines potent DSP power and professional audio plug-ins for the ultimate sonic upgrade for your DAW. This sophisticated audio processor runs UA’s suite of Powered Plug-Ins, offloading your computer’s CPU for other native mix effects, virtual instruments, and more tracks. UAD-1e is compatible with the high-speed PCI Express (PCIe) bus used in the latest generation of Apple desktop Mac’s & PC motherboards. UA’s fast-growing plug-in library brings the most sonically revered studio processors from the past 50 years of audio to your computer, including vintage equalizers & compressors, superior precision mastering tools, lush reverbs, guitar FX, and the most accurate, officially licensed classic hardware emulations from Roland® and Neve®.

- VST compatible host application software, such as Steinberg Cubase or Nuendo

- 256 MB of RAM (512 MB is strongly recommended)
- Available PCI or PCI-X slot for each UAD-1 card
- Available PCI Express (PCIe) slot for each UAD-1e card
- 1024 x 768 or higher resolution monitor
- CD drive or internet connection for software installation
- An AGP or PCI Express graphics video adapter (PCI graphics is not supported)
- Internet connection required for registration and obtaining optional plugins

- Audio Units version requires AU compatible host software, such as Apple Logic Pro or MOTU Digital Performer
