Dear Mr Jones, I want to an opportunity to thank Claudio Gamez, and I think you should know why. I was expecting a order last week and when it had not arrive by Friday, I called to find out why. These were discs I needed for class on Monday. Cladio tracked them and gave the exact time of their arrival. When I got home I discovered that although the Groovemaker box was sealed, there were no discs inside. I called Cladio and he promised to look into the problem. I have talked with Greg (Sales/Tech Support) in the past and he has been extremely helpful and also very knowledgeable on recording software and hardware. I have spoken with Greg a couple times with questions on Cubase VST 5.0 versus Logic Audio Platinum. I told Greg that I already had LOGIC and was interested in purchasing Cubase. He said they are both very good applications, but there was no need to buy Cubase, as Logic is a very comparable product. He also advised me that if I did decide to buy Cubase, there was a competitive upgrade available that would save me around $100. Plus he answered some hardware questions that I had. All I am trying to say is, I appreciate the time Greg took, even though I didn't buy Cubase. I have talked to the sales people in the past at Guitar Center and all they are interested in is making a sale and can tell me very little about a product. Reason being, they probably know very little about the products they sell other than the color of the box it comes in. This afternoon I spoke with Greg about an application titled "Auto-tune" by Antares. I asked him what version I needed and just as before, he was very helpful. He advised that I go with the Auto-tune Direct-x version and explained why. In the future, my first call on all of my recording software/hardware needs will be AudioMidi.com. With excellent service and good prices you can‚t wrong. Thank you and thank Greg once again for me.

Mr. Jones; I gotta say, in 3 years of being an on line consumer you guys are like a light at the end of the tunnel (you even list email addresses of employees and higher-ups, instead of hiding behind 'webmaster'). You guys have always been right there with price, availability, quick shipping (including automated UPS tracking #s), but a couple of weeks ago your customer sevice really shined. I needed a new soundcard quickly, and after consulting various people I opted for RME Hammerfall Lite and had you guys ship it 2-day air. On the day of arrival (before it actually arrived) I found out that it didn't have analog ins/outs. After a quick research decided on RME Digi96/8 PST. I called AudioMidi to find out about getting a return authorisation # and figured after UPS drops it off I'd be repacking it with a form and RA# to take to UPS, then after you guys got it, ship me out the other one and I'd have my soundcard about 10 days after I ordered it (my mistake, my fault). Not only was there an actual phone number for me to call, but I got someone right away (unbelievable). I spoke to a guy named Kevin, who, if he just processed the RA# I'd have been satisfied, but he started helping (a rare experience with most online or offline companies). First he said to refuse the package and he'd ship out the new one, then I told him there wasn't enough room on my Mastercard. He researched further (got help from Kincaid, another superservice dude) , and told me to refuse the package, and when it came up with UPS officially refused (which only took a few hours) he'd send out the new soundcard, without charging my credit card. Then after you guys got it back, figure out the difference and adjust the credit card accordingly (which ended up being around a hundred bucks credit to my card--cool!!). It was sent overnight UPS, so in less than 24 hours I had my badly needed soundcard. Kevin and Kincaid showed some concern for a customer, went a little above and beyond the call of duty, and saved my world from at least a week of delays and major headaches. Hats off to you, Kevin, Kincaid, and all the other super people at AudioMidi.com; the best of the best!! Sincerely;

I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU! I have just landed a job serving as post production/sound editor for an independent film. I have been all over the web (and I mean ALL OVER) trying to come up with a inexpensive way to transfer betacam masters to my studio to sync audio with my DAW. I found a JVC S-VHS HI-FI deck (at B&H) with a independent linear audio track that does not mute in search mode and a SMPTE LTC gen/reader. I have worked with SMPTE on 2-inch, 24 track analog tape, so I figured that with the concept being the same, it should work. I might note that I have not fully tested it as of today. After finding your link on Google, It was a great relief to find your very informative artice listing this approach as a very cost effective method for post production.
