I just had to drop a note
to say thanks for such fantastic service. Your sales/support outshine
anyone else I've dealt with. Not only did Dee help me through
my problem (which was actually a quality control issue at Steinberg),
he absolutely made sure that I got my free upgrade from Steinberg.
You definitely have a new, loyal, customer.

Thank you Kincaid. You've been so helpful.
Your customer service has been outstanding. I pray that
the Lord God will bless your company even more than what
you have already been blessed with. Have a great day and
I hope for the best in whatever you do.

Greg: Thanks!!!!!!!!!!! for your
review of Cubase SX. I had been a loyal Logic user way back
and used Notator on my Atari (which I still have). I was
so firkin pissed when I heard about Apple buying Logic.
Like I would get ride of my Gateway P4 1.8g, 1gigsram, and a
fortune in software and external stuff....for a Apple???.plus I
just had upgraded to 5.01 too, and had bought the ESX24. I
could believe it at first...and then like you I decided
I would have to make the dreaded change. I consider myself
of a composer so thinking about having to learn new software
to make music was plain out frightening!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When
I heard about the special deal with the crossgrade I decided
to go for it with a lot of hesitation...I reviewed as much
info on the web and did have the program before logic made
a version for PC, Last night I loaded it in ... you description
was exactly like what I had gone through. I really didn't
have time to go through everything but it seemed pretty
cool? Still haven't dong the audio yet. I didn't like that
the templates where either audio or midi, looping is not
as easy, just alot weird shit I have to learn how to do. I
also bought the Halion since I needed to do sampling. From
the little I had to use it is much better than the EXS24. I
just sold my Delta 1010 since it really sucked with Window
XP. And will go to Motu firewire, installing next week. TO
hear you say that you think overall Cubase SX is just as
good as Logic Platinum or even better is a BIG BIG relief. Learning
new software is such a pain, since you are more knowledgeable
about such things you found it pretty easy. I had to thank
you. I wish there was a video or some crash courses I could
take to get me up to speed. I had taken some class on Logic
but the guy (midiman) was a idiot and I didn't learn any
thing. Well you made my day and now I will get bussy and
start writing music.. do know anyone that would like to
buy Logic 5.01 for PC? hardiharhar THANKs Greg... if
you write more stuff on this please let me know!!!!!!

Dear Greg, You may remember some months
ago, that I contacted you asking for help in sorting my
MIDI sound problems out, I thought you would like to know
that you were absolutely right, in that I was sold a computer
with just the standard sound on the mother board in-situ,
and no "sound blaster" card, once one was installed everything
could be set-up properly, and all then worked O.K. I tried
several versions of "Cakewalk", and with my Windows XP,
but only the latest "Cakewalk Creator 2002" was compatable,
all the other versions seriousely upset my "Outlook Express" to
the point where I was unable to send messages out from my
outbox successfully. I am most grateful for the help you
have given me, very many thanks,
D. England (7-20-02)
What a breath of fresh air it was
working with you and your staff on getting my DAW together.
First and foremost let me say that everything worked right-The
First Time! After being away from the music industry for
sometime I decided to jump back in and start with a complete
new setup. With much investigation/research/testing and
disscussing my needs with your staff I decided to go with
Steinberg's Cubase to be the backbone of my DAW. The M-Audio
Delta 1010 was also chosen to be the hardware partner for
my system. After purchasing those I then set out to have
a computer built that would be totally complementing for
the Cubase/Delta combination. Your staff was extremely helpful
and invaluable in assisting me on what specifiactions my
computer should be-I was very pleased with the knowledge
and desire to help they gave me regarding the computer concerns
I had. I must note this was extremely immpressive of the
AudioMidi staff especially since I did not buy the computer
from you...truely customer service! While my computer was
being built I also picked up Steinbergs WaveLab and was
assured by your people it would work with my setup..it did...perfectly!
I rounded out my setup with the Samson Servo 550 amp And
JBL 4208 monitors, again purchased through you. My experience
with AudioMidi.com was excellent! You and your people, and
I'll name a few here-Sharon, Dee, Greg, kevin, Kincaid & others
wose names I didn't catch, were always helpful and had great
ideas and solutions!!! I definatley be doing more business
with your company in the future as there will always be
new products, software versions and innovations. Thank-You
for being on-top of the music industry and for Great Prices
and Service. Thank-You for helping me "Make More Music".

Dear Russ, I would like to send this
thank you for Dee and the rest of the crew at AudioMIDI.com.
I purchased a Terratec DMX6Fire system a couple of months
ago. I waited to put it in the computer because I was building
a system and I needed to get everything before I started
(The Terratec was one of the first components I bought).
After I built the system, The Terratec would not install.
Worse yet, It seemed to "freeze" the machine and every time
I put the card in, the CPU would not even boot. After calling
your customer service, I was given an opportunity to return
the "defective" card for a new one. After I got the new
one, I tried installing, but, even though it still would
not install, at least it did not freeze my machine. At this
point, Dee got involved, and tried to help as best he could.
He followed up and even though he was very knowledgeable
about Windows 2000 and the Terratec /audio interfaces in
general, we still could not get it to work. FINALLY, I noticed
that Terratec had posted a new driver (Build 125) on their
website which addresses a problem with the Terratec installing
with processors >2.2Ghz (Mine is a 2.53Ghz). Needless to
say, when I downloaded the driver and installed it.....bingo!
works like a charm! Dee, nor anyone else would have known
about this.... but I am still appreciative of his willingness
to give me the support I needed. This is why I will come
back to AudioMIDI for future cpu/audio purchases. Thanks
again!

Hi, been awhile since I surfed on over. I
filled one of those questionaires about the site one time
in a shameless (and successful) effort to get a shirt. I
wouldn't take the time to actually type out an email if
I wasn't honestly very impressed. It's a million times
improved; crisp, clear, compelling. I like. Just let me
finish ironing out whether to go SampleCell or Unity and
I'll be back. The engines themselves are serviceable enough;
it's content content content though, and I gotta slap ears
on stuff. All the best,
B. Clarkson (6-14-02)
hey Russ, I've recieved the automation
station, and you can charge the card because there's no
way I'm sending this beauty back! It's everything i was
hoping for and more. Depending on how well I'm going to
be able to incorperate it into my workflow, I may order
a couple more in the near future. Thank you for giving me
this piece in the puzzle of my life. Thanks again,
K. Neville (5-09-02)
Thanks! You are very responsive to
my questions. I'd recommend you to my friends. Experience
is very good so far. I'm looking forward to my shipment.
Thanks,

Hi, My name is Vito Brooks. I just
wanted to write you guy's and tell you that i received excellent
service when I called to ask about a few of your products
today. The gentleman that helped me out was extremely helpful,
friendly and knowledgable. I've been searching for information, prices
and insight into some products lately and almost everyone
I've contacted has been lacking in all the important areas
listed above. Im not sure who it was that I talked with(
I'm pretty sure he was black) but nevertheless because if
the great service I will definately be making this purchase
through your company and future ones as well. Thanks and
Keep it up! Best Regards

Folks... Just a short note, with my
hat in my hand, to say that the Aardvark 24/96 is a total
success... Thomas...Thanks a million for your patience with
my driver illiteracy...I could have SWORN that hardware
didn't need preinstalled drivers, but there again...and
FWIW the beta-version works great! Dee...thanks for your
patience and understanding as well...You were more than
helpful in resolving my issues, and gave me great guidance
on connecting with tech at Aardvark. You both have shown
great professionalism and knowledge, and I will doing business
with you both again in the near future... Sincerely,
K. Morgan (3-29-02)
Hello:
At the end of this email you state your intentions are to inform and
not annoy. I just want to take the time to say THANK YOU for the information
you send. I appreciate it very much. Have a great day.

hi kevin I read the review [Oxygen8]
and think your pretty much spot on... I use it exclusively
for Reason and Fruityloops.I too had some trouble with the
keyboard in Reason but it seems to be ok except that some
times the knobs don't controll what you thought you assignrd
them to....I think this is an WinXP issue though as it works
perfectly in Fruityloops.. thanks for a good review

I'm not a web designer but the
audioMIDI site is VERY easy to get around in and also
VERY neat looking. Kudos!

Hey Kevin. Thanks for your great article
on the Midiman Oxygen 8. I really like your review style!

Russ, I am a musician who has a history
in home recording. With the advent of new computer software,
I have decided to take the leap into this new field ( since
tape is slowly becoming a thing of the past). I just wanted
to let you know that Greg Ripes was an amazing help in my
endeavors in purchasing new equipment to suit my needs.
He is very knowledgable and his customer service is outstanding.
I've been to countless music stores, but never received
service like this before( or great prices like yours). You
have a good man in Mr. Ripes. He is my new computer guru.
M. Ambrozic (2-28-02)
Hi Greg, I've finally got my hands
on the AVP1 and I'm (so far) delighted with what it will
do! Many thanks for your help and excellent service. Cheers,

Just wanted to extend my thanks to
what was no less than an amazing buying experience from
audioMIDI.com. I had been trying to purchase a Waldorf Q
synthesizer as well as Emagic1s EXS24 software sampler from
my regular vendor (Sweetwater). Not only was Sweetwater
out of stock on the Waldorf Q, but they were priced considerably
higher on both products. With one phone call to audiomidi,
I had verification on stock on hand (the salesperson actually
physically checked stock in your warehouse), had a great
sale price on the Waldorf and saved even more on the EXS24...all
of this in only a few short minutes. Not only did I save
nearly $300.00 total on my order but I received everything
as promised via 2-day air. AMAZING. I1m very, very impressed
with how you run your operation and will most definitely
be back to purchase more gear in the near future. Thanks
again for such great service and great prices. You blow
Sweetwater away!

Hello AudioMidi.com, I just found your
site last night and I want to share my thoughts about it.
Your site is great! I'm a newbie to the music recording
and editing world. I posted a question on a recording forum,
just earlier yesterday, asking what alot of acronyms stand
for that I see, as it relates to music software? The acronyms
were RTAS, VST, TDM, WDM and some others. Not getting any
direct answers from the community, I simply searched those
acronyms on Google.com and it brought me to you, and boy
am I glad! Your site does exactly what it says on your "About
Us" page and then some. Just in the time I browsed last
night, I learned ALOT about various music equipment and
PC/Mac software products, and what they do. Your definitions
are extremely helpful. Furthermore, the fact that you sell
alot of these products is icing on the cake. I vote AudioMidi.com
as one of the best sites on the web simply because of your
content, clean site format and easy to understand information.
I will be sharing it with many today who are also new (and
not new) to the music recording and editing world. Thanks
and I appreciate what you've done.
Phreesoal (2-18-02)
I just got the ups tracking number
and saw that you send the vxpocket 440 2nd day air. I can't
tell you how much I appreciate that. It's been a pleasure
doing business with you and I look forward to refering the
people I know to Audiomidi.com. take care and thanks again.

I am very impressed with the layout
of your website. I've been shopping at Sweetwater recently
and was wooed over by their great customer service. But
your website makes it feel like a sales rep is an unncessary
overkill; everything is very clearly laid out and easy to
find. The categorization is very well done. And to top it
off, your pricing is exceptional! I'm very glad to have
found your site and will continue to do business with you.
Thanks.

Sharon, WOW! you are great. After being
in this business for 6 years i know what the standards are
and you are much above the rest. you provided fast acturate
, friendly service. I got the order on Friday. Cheers to
You....ask your boss for a raise. Thanks again.

Dear Mr. Jones, This afternoon, I spoke
with Dee Davis, who is in your Product/Technical Support
department. He was very professional and handled my phone
call with courtesy. I was impressed by his knowledge and
his helpfulness. I also appreciate how you have "real" people
answering phone calls. As a business owner, I appreciate
when I see customer service that I hope is in my business
and employees. Thank you. Sincerely,
