Hi, you probably don't get a lot messages likes this as most people only take the time to complain. However, I have made quite a few purchases in the last week and AMS really let me down. That made realize how much I appreciate your good service.
I may not have bought millions from you, but I have bought probably close to 2000 dollars worth of gear (including two things coming today)...every single transaction has been a complete joy and pleasure. I want you to know it is greatly appreciated by me and I have the utmost respect for you. When it comes to purchases you are my first stop. I only wish you sold guitar related items as well.
I am retired from music retail including working for Mars, so I am quite aware that most people only complain..I want you to know that I truly appreciate your professionalism, Thank you so much.
BTW if you are aware of KVR (music site and pluggin site)...in the Everything Else forum you will see (in about 5 minutes) a thread started by me (Hink at KVR) expressing my great pleasure with doing business with you. I look forward to many more purchases from you in the future.

I have to admit that I am very impressed with the way your company has handled every level of the questions presented right up to the willingness to have all items returned if in the end I wasn't satisfied.
Because your organization has invested the time to accurately explain what no other group would or could do, I have opted to keep all items purchased. Although at this point it would appear that the APA 32 cannot maximize it's effectiveness with the MBox interface, it does work to a degree, and in the end, this was a righteous deal that I couldn't pass up.
Hats off to every one at the AudioMidi group and you certainly can count on my support for future sales as it is great to experience "Old School Service."

Hey Stan, We chatted online yesterday regarding this purchase. I appreciated your input greatly and was leaning towards the firebox you recommended as all my research certainly went along with everything you had to say. In the end the price of the 410 made it an offer that was just too good to pass up, as ultimately if I start getting more hardcore with recording I will be upgrading either way (that always seems to be the case). I am quite sure I will take less of a hit on the 410 when upgrading as the lower cost and M-Audio brand recognition in the Milwaukee area will help out on unloading it.
Just wanted to say thanks again, Your help yesterday and the sales person I spoke with this afternoon when placing the order definately earned your website a place in my favorites folder and highly regarded resource to pass on to friends... Of all the online musical software and computer music products vendors available, audiomidi.com is the apex of effective service and sales support. The web site presentation and effectived design of the sales portal are epitomal and audiomidi's concise and dependable services are number One on the net, better than sweetwater, zzounds, samash, guitarcenter. The only shop that delivered as well as audiomidi.com was soundchaser and they are not in operation any longer. If given the choice between stores with equal pricing I will shop here.

I have shopped through audiomidi.com on many occassions and never had any problems. Shipping was always next day. I like the good selection of affordable yet professional gear, and that the site focuses on music production tools. It seems like they know the products they sell, rather than being a site that lists 500 guitars, in addition to audio gear.
