I wanted to relate a recent experience that illustrates one reason I'm a loyal AudioMidi= customer. Earlier this month, I ordered 2 sample = libraries from your website (the lowest prices around, by the way). Within a couple of days, my order (#243748) was processed and set for delivery to my home in Los Angeles. Unfortunately, I never =received the package: it was apparently stolen after = UPS left it unsecured at my front door. I realized the problem the next day and explained it via phone to David Thompson, who helped me get a= package tracer started and took me through the process of replacing my order. Soon afterward, Scott = Trieglaff called me to follow up on an earlier =e-mail, and was already aware of the current problem and assured me it would be taken care of expeditiously. UPS called me a few minutes later, and although it took an additional week, I was able to pick up the replacements last Saturday at your offices in Chatsworth. While there, I spoke to = Tony Adams, who politely helped complete my order. = I was also able to purchase a much-needed condenser microphone on the spot (again, at a great price), and 25 minutes later I was back in LA setting it up in my studio. Now I'm strictly a small-time producer/composer, and (unfortunately) in most cases am treated as such when I deal with some of your competitors. At AudioMidi, however, I experienced genuine customer service, which is something = of a lost art, especially in the Musical Instrument industry. And although having the original package= stolen was inconvenient, it gave me the opportunity to see how a company that is committed to their customers manages a problem. Your staff treated = me with respect, and were as friendly as they were professional. With this sale, you have earned my business many times over. Thanks again. =

I like dealing with audioMIDI.com as they are very professional and have great products. It would be great for me if there are some other options for international shipping as the only choice provided is UPS Express which is quite expensive and does not get here any quicker than standard mail. Here in New Zealand where I live, it takes longer for UPS to clear and deliver the goods to my home than it does for the goods to reach New Zealand from the USA. The extra money paid for UPS Express is not worth it. This order took 13 days from order to delivery (I understand the item was not in stock and had to be ordered in). So to improve the shopping experience for me, if there could be a cheaper international shipping option that would be great. Thanks.
