Recognizing a need for user training above and beyond the hefty user manual, audioMIDI.com is proud to offer its Los Angeles-area customers Logic Pro 8 training for beginning-to-intermediate users in a live-clinic environment. Participants will master the skills to optimally configure Logic for creation of audio and MIDI tracks, as well as learning to use Apple’s awesome array of virtual instruments and plug-ins. Attendees will be shown how to use Apple Loops for lightning-fast song creation, and learn basic mixing and mastering techniques, simplifying the task of assembling tracks into a cohesive whole. Students will receive a “take-home” written copy of the course curriculum for reference.
audioMIDI.com’s Logic 8 Basic Training course will be taught by Mitchell Sigman, Logic user since 1996. In addition to being a Keyboard Magazine columnist, Mitchell has created and mixed many album projects in Logic, including CD projects for the seminal synthpop band Berlin.
The first class will be held Saturday, June 21st, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a lunch break and will take place at Mitchell’s studio facility adjacent to the Los Angeles Universal City area. Cost is $300. Register soon as classes are filling up quickly!
