How To Enter
To enter, complete the online entry form at the top of this page. Entrants must provide all information requested on the online entry form to be eligible. Incomplete entries are void. Only one entry per person, household or email address will be accepted. Any attempt by an entrant to enter more than once will result in disqualification of all entries submitted by that entrant.
Entries become the property of audioMIDI.com and will not be returned. Any personal information supplied by you to audioMIDI.com will be subject to audioMIDI's privacy policy posted at audioMIDI.com. By opting in to a specific offer from IK Multimedia, audioMIDI may provide personal information, including your email address, to IK Multimedia, and you agree to receive additional email communications from IK Multimedia. Your personal information will be governed by IK Multimedia's privacy policy.
Drawing and Awarding of Price
A random drawing will be conducted to determine the winner of each of the prizes. All eligible entries received since the beginning of the Promotion Period will be entered into the drawing. The first drawing will be held on 04/04/08.
All drawings are conducted under the supervision of IK Multimedia whose decisions are final in all matters relating to the promotion. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Prize
One lucky winner will receive a package including all the gear listed above for the Digital Producer's Heaven Giveaway from IK Multimedia. The product will be shipped to them free of charge via UPS Ground if the winner resides in the U.S. International winners will be charged for shipping and any associated taxes or fees.
Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for audioMIDI.com and IK Multimedia to use the winner's name, and biographical information for promotional purposes on the Internet without further compensation or notice, except where prohibited. No substitution, cash equivalent or transfer of the prize is permitted.
Eligibility
Promotion open to all legal U.S. residents and international contestants. Employees of audioMIDI.com, IK Multimedia, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate families (defined as current spouse, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses) and individuals living in the same household as such employees are ineligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Notification
Each winner will be notified via email and/or phone. The winner's prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner if not claimed within 3 days.
Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any promotion-related materials, or any stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or illegible entries.
If Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the promotion, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to void any entries submitted fraudulently or cancel or modify the promotion.
