Return Policy For Orders Placed Through

Please read the following before returning any item to
audioMIDI.com If you have any further questions, please call us at (818 993-0772

Return Authorization (RA Conditions
audioMIDI.com accepts returns on merchandise within 30 days from purchase
date on most manufacturers as long as they are covered under the following
conditions:
- All products must be returned unopened and sealed inside the original
package.
- Opened products may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee
depending on the item and return policy of the manufacturer.
- Opened products must be returned with the original packaging materials.
This includes warranty cards, manuals, and any other items. Failure to include
all materials will result in additional charges.
- A valid RMA number must be issued by audioMIDI.com and clearly marked on
the outside of the package. Packages without an RA number will not be
accepted.
- If returning due to a defect or technical issue, please contact the
manufacturer of the item to confirm the problem. Please make note of who you
spoke with so that we have a reference to quickly submit your return through
audioMIDI.com
Items That Are Not Returnable Are:
While we would like to assist you directly as much as possible, certain
manufacturers' policies prohibit audioMIDI.com from accepting any returns of
their opened products. While this policy applies to all software developers, we
can sometimes accept returns of software if the advertised system requirements
are in error or the manufacturer provides us with a path to deauthorize and
return the software.
- Books
- Software (only in certain cases approved by the vendor can software be
returned)
- Sample/Loop CD's
- Media (i.e. CD-R's) are not returnable unless defective.
- Any personal items such as microphones, headphones, ear plugs, in-ear
monitors, or any other items that touch your mouth, your nose, or are inserted
in your ear.
- Disposable products such as cleaning supplies.
- Special Orders.
- Defective Product Returns/Exchanges
Be Aware:
- RA numbers are valid for 15 days only
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable for general returns. If
you receive a damaged package or if you need to return an item as a result of
our mistake, we will arrange for the return of the item at our expense.*
- For international customers, please note that shipping and handling
charges are not refundable for defective returns.
- Your credit card will be credited or an exchange unit will be sent once we
receive and inspect the product. Most credit card companies will post the
credit to your account within 48 hours, but it may take up to a month before
your credit is posted.
- We sell only new products "in the box" unless identified as "B" stock or
"used." From time to time a defective item may slip through a vendors
quality control or an item may be damaged in transit. If you need to return a
defective product to us, please give us a call at (818) 993-0772 within 5 days
of receipt. If the package appears to have sustained damage in transit notify
us and the carrier immediately!
- If you suspect the product to be defective, please contact the
manufacturer's tech support department to confirm. In the event that you are
unable to do so, please let us know when requesting the RA.
*Except international orders or orders that we shipped within the United
States but you have now been on tour or moved outside the US. We will not be
able to cover the international shipping.
All Defective Product Returns/Exchanges Are Subject To The Following:
- RA numbers are valid for 15 days only.
- The product must be returned with the original packaging materials,
including all warranty cards, manuals, slip covers and any other items.
- A valid RMA number must be issued by audioMIDI.com and displayed clearly
on the outside of the package. Packages without an RA number will be refused
and returned.A completed RA form must be included in box to identify whom the
return is from and the reason for the return. Please call us at (818) 993-0772
to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Failure to include this form
will result in a delay of processing your credit or exchange.
- An exchange unit will be sent out once we receive the product. If you need
an advance replacement unit, you credit card will be charged. Upon receipt of
the item the charge will be reversed.
Please Note About Defective Product Returns/Exchanges:
Shipping charges are only refundable if the item tests to be defective. Also,
please note that non-defective items may be subject to restocking
charges. If returning due to a defect or technical issue please contact the
manufacturer of the item to confirm the problem. Please make note of who you
spoke so that we have reference to quickly submit your return through
audioMIDI.com.
International Orders:
For international customers, please note that
shipping and handling charges are not refundable for defective
returns.
