Many software companies offer demo versions to try out also. Companies such as Adobe, Antares, Bias, Celemony, URS, Waves and many more provide a way for you to figure out if their product meets your needs without having to lay down any cash.
Due to limited quantities of demo units available, there may
be a delay before shipping. Equipment available for demo is limited
to Outboard Gear only; for example preamps, processors, and converters.
Products such as Software, Computer Hardware, Synth, Books,
Accessories, anything that would have to be installed in a computer,
or anything placed in the mouth or breathed-on is not available
for demo.
Details
Demo the unit FREE of charge for 7 days (from time of arrival).
If the customer notifies audioMIDI.com and wants to keep the
unit beyond the initial
7 days, a rental
fee of 2.5% of the
full MSRP of the
product will be charged per day. If the product is
not returned by a
specified date and
the customer has
not contacted audioMIDI to extend the trial period, the full
sales price of
the product will
be charged on the
customer's credit
card.
The customer
will need to pay for UPS 3 Day shipment to and from their
location.
- A prepaid return service UPS tag will be included in the
box to get the product
back
to audioMIDI.com. All the customer
needs
to do is drop the unit at a local UPS depot.
- That means, from
the date of receipt, the customer would
have 10 days to get the product back
to the audioMIDI.com warehouse.
Credit
card details
will be taken
at the time the unit
is requested.
The full price of the product will be authorized/held on your
credit card as
security
(authorized not settled).
- The charge will be 'settled' if not returned within the time
frame
as stated above.
- The
full sale price of the product is held on the credit card
for security
reasons.
A check-list will
be
included in the box that inventories
every
item that would need to be returned to audioMIDI.com. If certain
items
are not
returned,
audioMIDI.com
has the option to charge the
customer
the price of the part that was missing.
- For example, if a power adapter for the item was not sent
back, the check list would
have
a fee listed next to that item that will be charged.
- A customer must sign
off on the check list at the bottom before returning
the demo unit to ensure it is understood
a fee will
be charged for missing items.
- If the item
is returned damaged or broken, the customer will be responsible
for
the cost of repair or
the full price of the product.
